1. How to request
(1) In the app: tap “계정 · 데이터 삭제 요청” (Account & data deletion request) at the bottom of the order panel — your identity is confirmed automatically by your login.
(2) The form below or (3) email — all requests follow the same process.
(1) Member ID (2) the Telegram name (or @username) you registered with (3) scope: “app login data only” or “entire membership”.
Do not send your license key.
2. Process and deadline
- Receipt — requests from the app, the form or email go directly to our CEO (privacy officer).
- Identity verification — app requests are verified by your login; form and email requests are verified through the contact you provided or your registered Telegram account.
- Individual review and approval — each request is reviewed individually for its scope and any legal retention duties, and processed after approval by the CEO (privacy officer).
- Deletion and notice — deletion is completed within the legal deadline of 10 days from receipt and we notify you of the result, including any data that must be kept by law and for how long.
3. Delete on-device data yourself
Data stored on your phone (personal key, session, PIN hash, device ID) can be removed anytime without contacting us:
Android Settings → Apps → ArmyTrader V5 → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the app.
4. What is deleted and what is kept

Trading status data such as order instructions, positions and quotes is only relayed in server memory and never written to disk, so there is nothing further to delete.
